You will be responsible for the preparation of budgets and cost plans as well as assisting in the delivery and management of a variety of projects and providing regular updates on the performance of on-going projects.

You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and work closely with the Operational Team.

You will support the commercial team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from early stages through to completion.

You should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline and have a genuine interest in developing a long‑term career within the commercial side of the industry.

You will be responsible for all cost management related to the projects, achieving value for money whilst keeping costs low.

You will monitor any changes to the contract that may affect costs and create profitability reports whilst ensuring the required standards and quality are delivered.
