You will manage, plan and oversee construction projects across Scotland ensuring the highest standards and deadlines are met. Youll oversee the construction of new stores, extensions and modernisations of our existing store portfolio, ensuring the highest quality standards and compliance with our corporate specification and H&S requirements.

You will be responsible for overseeing works on site, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As the work is primarily carried out within occupied homes, the successful candidate must have excellent people skills, a professional manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents at all times.

You will coordinate trades teams, organise daily activities, and act as the main point of contact for residents, clients, and colleagues. The position requires a calm, people-focused approach, as you'll regularly support vulnerable occupants and manage sensitive situations.

You will carry out site inspections, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track.
