You will own the UK market from the first touchpoint to the final signature, selling directly to CTOs, Heads of QA, and Engineering Leaders.

You will lead the QA team, maintain GMP-compliant systems, and ensure audit readiness while managing internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will have proven QA leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in regulatory compliance. This is a 12-month contract role with opportunities to influence quality across the organisation.

You will manage construction site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and develop team capabilities while fostering a strong commitment to health and safety. The position requires strong communication skills and commercial construction experience, particularly in NEC contracting.

You will be fully supported by a strong back-office team including commercial, planning, and administrative resources.

You will receive specialist training to understand their full business portfolio and be able to provide a full service to customers from small installations to full fit outs on commercial and industrial projects. This will be based from their office but may involve UK travel to customer sites.
