You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of the full development lifecycle including construction, statutory approvals, development finance and procurement as well the ability to work in partnership with Council colleagues, local communities and other stakeholders to provide a strong communication and engagement approach.

You will develop and implement cost-management strategies, work closely with project managers, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cost management, familiarity with Primavera P6, and a strong understanding of construction processes.
