You will operate as a site-embedded Health & Safety Manager, working closely with construction managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with Tier 1 standards. The role balances hands-on site leadership with reporting, assurance and coordination activities completed remotely.

You will be focussed on clients within the education sector, including schools, colleges and universities. The role focuses on providing Health and Safety support to mobile engineers and engineering teams across the education sector.

You will promote compliance, assess risks and embed a culture of safety and quality.

You will be on site from the groundworks stage, managing the build through structure, externals, internals and final handover. The business self-delivers key elements of the works, so this role suits someone comfortable working closely with in-house teams as well as subcontractors.
