You will serve as the Global Category Lead for all the Capital Projects for R&D and WREF sites worldwide with the majority of projects located in the UK and US. You will have the ability and experienceREQUIRED CRITICAL SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS * Previous experience in Street Lighting projects ideally term service contracts * Results-oriented with a commitment to on-time, on-budget project delivery. Input into programming and scheduling skills, including annual programme development * and associated budgeting.

You should also be able to demonstrate solid experience in incident investigation and report writing, with a fair and balanced approach to identifying root causes. A practical understanding of diversity, equality and inclusion is important to us, as is the ability to communicate clearly—both in writing and in person—and present with confidence to varied audiences.

You will be responsible for the delivery of effective transport routes - Ensuring drivers, vehicles and routes operate to a high level of safety - Dealing with any issues that may arise from customers or drivers - Briefing and de-briefing drivers

You should also be able to demonstrate solid experience in incident investigation and report writing, with a fair and balanced approach to identifying root causes.
