You will take on a broad non contentious workload, including: - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documents (JCT, NEC, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees).

You will ideally have: - 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) within a recognised law firm, focused on non contentious matters.

You will work closely with the Head of Legal and collaborate with local leadership, ensuring that all legal aspects are managed effectively. Your Responsibilities: - Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including: - Professional services agreements
