You will play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent schemes, each with values of up to approximately £5m.

You will ensure Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards are embedded across all works, promoting a right‑first‑time culture and continuous improvement.

You will manage all site activities, coordinate with consultants, and supply chain partners, and ensure our projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to a high standard of workmanship.

You will be able to take instruction and discuss any issues clearly.

You will make a positive contribution to the IDV team and be prepared to meet allchallenges in a positive and constructive manner.

You will also pass on your knowledge and skills, providing onsite training for yourteam.

You will hold SMSTS, a Water Hygiene Blue Card, and NRSWA Supervisor accreditation, alongside a proven health and safety track record. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential. You’ll be confident in leading teams, managing resources, and solving problems under pressure.
