You will play a key part in pricing projects accurately, managing costs, and supporting the commercial success of a range of residential and commercial construction projects. Key responsibilities

You will be a mechanically biased engineer with experience working in manufacturing / factory environments, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline. Safety is our biggest priority, so youll be committed to safe working and have strong experience of health and safety best practice.

You will assist with monitoring and maintaining workshop standards with respect. - Maintain training facilities and equipment in line with Health & Safety policies to ensure optimal functionality and safety for our apprentices

You will be required to pass an Enhanced DBS check, of which the company will pay.

You will also benefit from having: - Ability to manage & prioritise workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships. - Ability to work effectively with equipment manufacturers to identify shortfalls & propose enhancements. - Ability to understand risk issues on site as well as construction risks.

You will have good technical acumen coupled with a positive interest in ground engineering.

You will also offer a professional approach and a keen eye for detail, along with excellent communication and IT skills.

You must be eligible to work unassisted in the UK (sponsorship is not available)

You will work independently and proactively on technical aspects from a projects inception, determining client briefs, to the delivery and close out of projects in accordance with best practice.

You will support the delivery of projects both technically as well as support junior colleagues throughout the delivery of projects, including client facing roles.
