You will also assist to drive the performance of the business unit delivering the financial targets including growth, profit, cash, budgets and resource utilisation; making recommendations for improvement and remedial action, whilst ensuring compliance across the business unit with RPS Group financial and commercial policies and standards.

You will support clients in projects of new build, decommissioning or ongoing operational facilities in providing safety cases and associated assessments. To ensure work is delivered to a high standard, timely and to the programme agreed.

You will move beyond what is technically possible in HubSpot to holistically define the professional services and architectural requirements needed to achieve a client's desired business outcomes. While the Sales team owns the final commercial negotiation and pricing, you are responsible for providing accurate service blueprints that underpin our commercial proposals.
