You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • I partner with key stakeholders (internal and external) to improve operational efficiency and reduce transport cost. • I ensure timelines and SLAs are adhered to by all transport parties so that goods are received in a timely manner – B2B & B2C.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory, developing relationships with end customers, consultants, integrators, and channel partners within the data centre ecosystem. The role blends strategic account development with hands-on opportunity management, selling integrated infrastructure solutions across power, cooling, cabinets, and monitoring.

You will be a strong communicator, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will ideally possess some previous customer service experience within a telephone based or contact centre environment: - Excellent listening skills - CCTV (SIA) badge advantageous, but not essential – We have opportunities for both badge holders & non-badge holders
