You will confidently answer a range of telephone enquiries for the Criminal Fines Collection and Enforcement Contact Centre

You will need excellent communications skills

You will need to be empathetic towards our customers and work with us to solve problems

You will need to update records on our in house computer system following contact

You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers. To be successful you will have: - Management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry

You will be working in close coordination with the wider SES project organisation to accomplish on site project objectives (Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality) through planning, execution and closure of all project related activities.

You must be willing to embrace a broad range of new challenges and possess the knowledge and drive to create and deliver innovative opportunities for service delivery and patient care The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

You will be responsible for the Pan-Wales tactical management of capacity related issues and adjustment of plans on a shift by shift basis that influence the safe and effective delivery of patient care across the Emergency and Unscheduled Care System within the pre and in hospital environment.
