Direct Work with clients - To contact clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to allow clients to explain their situation and empower them to set their own priorities.

You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events. Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
