You will lead and mentor the Narrative Design team, driving the design, iteration, and execution of complex, interconnected storytelling systems across our missions and open world. In addition to leading internal team members, you will also oversee and collaborate with external co-development partners, ensuring their work aligns with our creative vision, technical standards, and production goals

You will be using your UX design skills to create best in class online experiences that will engage, delight our clients’ customers and you will be using your technical prowess to roll out UX and content changes via a CMS.

You will be confident collaborating with cross-functional teams and liaising with key stakeholders both within the agency and within our clients’ business.

You will drive the creation of all world content and the core features that bring our environment to life. In addition to leading internal team members, you will also oversee and collaborate with external co-development partners, ensuring their work aligns with our creative vision, technical standards, and production goals.

You will proactively manage accounts, identify opportunities, and ensure strong client retention, while collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team, sales, and marketing to build a pipeline of new strategic partnerships.
