You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.

You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, product managers, developers, and marketing, as well as regional training teams to create high-quality learning materials and ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.

You will report directly to the UK EMT Manager.
