You will ensure the team is set up to accept, prioritize and deliver work for multiple products/projects and deliver to client’s standards with enduring quality. Your responsibilities:

You will support suppliers in manufacturing improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and the ability to drive actions independently. You will deliver regular supervisions, training, and coaching to help staff develop their skills and perform to the highest standards.

You will also build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the home.
