You will ensure that high-quality, compliant, and audience-centric content is produced, published, and amplified across our channels to support business goals, marketing objectives, and customer engagement strategies. What you will be doing: Lead the full content creation workflow, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant content delivery.

You will mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You will stay at the forefront of AI engineering trends, advocate for modern development methodologies, and drive knowledge-sharing across both the technology and audit domains.

You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.
