You will be responsible for: Working in collaboration with service manager and staff team in order to identify meaningful opportunities for volunteersCreating and supporting a positive culture of volunteering within the serviceRecruit, train and coordinate volunteersSupporting the welfare and wellbeing of volunteers

You will facilitate compliance with company quality systems and help implement improvements across various teams. The ideal candidate has solid QA experience in food and a strong understanding of production processes.
