You will work alongside our expert Ophthalmologists as part of our refractive and cataract surgery multidisciplinary clinical teams, meaning you’ll be involved in leading edge practice, learning from some of the country’s leading specialists in clinical eye care.

You will develop and present process improvement proposals to senior management, demonstrating the value and impact of suggested changes.

You will lead the implementation of approved process improvements, ensuring effective change management and adoption across the business.

You will promote and apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar principles to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

You will have experience within a primary care setting and your high standards of patient care will naturally inspire those you work with.

You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including: GPs, practices nurses, wellbeing advisors, health coaches, physician associate, and more.

You will be responsible for: - Conducting face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process. - Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom - Participating collaboratively in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed
