You will work closely with internal clients and stakeholders, managing your own caseload while ensuring legal compliance and excellent service delivery. This role operates within a hybrid working model, with an expectation of attending the office up to one day per week for meetings, focused work, or specific tasks such as legal completions.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by our blue-chip housebuilding clients. Key Responsibilities

You will be in charge of the following activities: - Ensure the technical clarification and resolution of supplier and client technical queries. - Ensure technical management of the supplier and support to the client in their contractual relationship during the design, procurement and delivery phase regarding the schedule, costs, specifications and requisitions.
