You will ideally come from a roofing background or have operated within this sector for some time. Key Responsibilities Managing multiple roofing contracts across Scotland Overseeing both flat roofing (single-ply, liquid systems etc) and pitched roofing (slate, tile, metal) works

You will proactively lead and motivate an operational team to look after the people in our care with respect and dignity.

You will perform a client-facing role, ensuring business KPI’s are achieved and customer service levels and expectations are exceeded.

You will work closely with Contract Managers & Supervisors to ensure all works (PPM, reactive & quoted) are processed and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements. What will you deliver? Process PPM, reactive & quoted works (WIP) for invoicing in a timely manner.

You should be comfortable using various financial software including Sage & Xero and possess strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Additionally, effective communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role. Work pattern (Hybrid worker): 17.5 hours per week -
