You should hold an NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants (or equivalent) and demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills. The ideal candidate will: - Be empathetic, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. - You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

You will work alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support. You may also deliver catch-up and intervention sessions, especially if you have core subject knowledge, such as Maths, English and Sciences.

You will also earn competitive daily rates up to £105 per school day!

You will be working in a mixed ability class and with children who have ASD, Learning Difficulties and challenging behaviour. The position is for the entirety of the academic year and will be full time, 5 days per week with a view to start asap.
