You will be responsible for the processing of data and financial information to a variety of departmental systems, cash handling, distribution of mail, filing, word processing and assisting with the delivery of an efficient and effective support service.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work.

You must be able to work in a collegiate way with staff in school, with colleagues in other establishments and agencies, consulting regularly with parents and carers

You should have a good general standard education including evidence of competency in literacy and numeracy and hold a SCQF level 5 qualification - e.g. SVQ2, NC or PDA in relevant subject area or where this qualification is not held be willing to achieve it within 3 years of taking up post.
