Contract Trainer jobs in Berkshire

You will share specialist knowledge, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure that training makes a real difference to staff performance and outcomes for the children and young people we support. This role requires travel across to one of our key locations: Reading, Crawley, Guildford, and Basingstoke, so a willingness to travel is essential.

You will:Build Trust and Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with students to help them regulate emotions and make positive life choices. Promote Positive Behaviours: Use restorative approaches to address barriers to learning and help students develop constructive coping strategies.

You will deliver practical and classroom-based teaching while also supporting the smooth operation of the construction workshops.

You will work closely with students and colleagues to create a safe, engaging, and industry-relevant learning environment, supporting learners from entry level through to advanced programmes.
