You will be expected to cover all Shetland Islands and throughout the Highlands and Islands locality.

You will be expected to carry a small case load.

You will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and small works plumbing, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

You will work closely with project teams, designers and stakeholders, influencing decisions that directly impact successful project delivery. You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.

You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).

You should also have extended relevant experience, preferably within the gas, electric heating, and renewables sector.

You will lead the day to day coordination and delivery of assigned projects.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to keep work moving and on track.

You will step into existing projects where required and maintain momentum through a practical, solutions focused approach.

You must be a UK resident or have proof of right to work in the UK

You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and supportive team of managers.

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.
