You will be resident of the UK for the entire duration of the program

You will be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026)

You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.

You will act as a key customer interface at project level, building trust and confidence through effective communication, strong leadership, and consistent delivery against agreed milestones, schedules, and budgets. This is a days-based role with flexible working hours, supporting work–life balance while maintaining delivery excellence.

You will have 12 calls per day and expect to service 8–12 of those, allowing for no entries. You can also call the team for extra appointments if required.

You will manage full contract lifecycles while being supported with excellent bonuses, clear progression pathways, and a strong company culture.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure compliance, quality, H&S, and high-level service delivery across all contracts.

You will need good experience of contracts and sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be an excellent organiser and communicator to regularly deal with suppliers, customers and multiple internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for supporting the consultancy on test automation proof of concepts as well as presenting and demoing solutions to clients. We are looking for a candidate with the following experience; - Proven experience and ability to create test automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright and JavaScript or Typescript.
