You will bridge the gap between initial design and final commissioning, ensuring that every element of the mechanical services is delivered to an impeccable standard. Your key responsibilities will include:Technical Oversight: Managing the full lifecycle of technical delivery-from reviewing tender documents and selecting plant materials to coordinating complex service drawings.

You will be responsible for overseeing specialist electrical sub-contractors, ensuring that design, development, and installation phases are completed to the highest standards and within the agreed project programmes.

You will ensure all sub-contractors adhere to Health & Safety obligations, perform weekly safety checks, and proactively suggest improvements to site working methods.
