You will be responsible for ensuring the hygiene function is compliant to customer codes of practice, BRC and all other auditing bodies.

You will act as the senior site representative overnight, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations. This role will focus on the M&E Packages for Security and Fire Protection. Location - Lincoln, Boston area Key Responsibilities

You will:* Manage productivity, workflow, and operational performance in the packhouse. Rotate between packhouse and glasshouse when required (packhouse being the priority). Monitor quality, safety and compliance across all activities. Support training, team development and daily performance management.

You will share your specialist knowledge with others to continuously improve efficiencies.

You will be required to manage a small group of staff , taking responsibility for all relevant production paperwork along with packed product quality Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern, working 6am to 6pm
