You will be responsible for: - Create and manage Revit models for building services projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate models seamlessly. - Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and necessary documentation for the project.

You will be leading a team of highly capable engineers to deliver against your plans and estimates.

You will assist in the Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete Driver documentation.

You will also complete and maintain the company documentation. As well as communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT Systems. Key Role Responsibilities     - Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required

You will carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standard and appropriate specification. Similarly, you will test and diagnose faults, providing written reports on component defects and/or systems with impending failure.

You will have excellent communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will play a crucial role in supervising activities along with daily whip allocations and SOR code efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular team meetings. - Develop and implement desktop management policies and procedures.

You will lead the planning and execution of routine E&I preventative maintenance, applying strong technical expertise to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex engineering issues.

You will be on call 1 week in every 7, providing support, escalation, and guidance during engineering events impacting production.
