You will be joining a dynamic team of 20 in Tax, led by two ex-Big 4 Tax Partners, taking the lead as they carve out a new corporate taxpliance team. Reviewing and approving corporation taxputations and tax accounting, as well as undertaking some tax assurance reviews. Building client relationships with our portfolio of owner-managed businesses.

You will manage a varied portfolio of tax clients. Maintain close contact with the client and liaise with the partner. Assess corporation tax computations and returns and confirm that there are no outstanding technical issues. Ensuring compliance issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

You will not perform the research yourself as this will be delivered by an in-house research function. Approach the majority shareholders of the target businesses and hold lengthy, highly commercial conversations via video call to discuss their business model, track record, growth trajectory, financials and the aspirations of the owners regarding selling their business.
