You will work closely with wider colleagues in Employment, Real Estate and Litigation to provide a full wrap around service to clients.

You will bring the following experience to the Corporate team:- - Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years' PQE focused on corporate work - Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge across core corporate transactions - Confidence juggling multiple matters to deadlines, staying calm under pressure

You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential. The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross-border.
