You will also be responsible for media relations on policy topics, building and maintaining constructive relationships with journalists.

You will manage complex communications programs where strategy may not be fully defined, requiring you to assess trends, analyse performance, and make recommendations that address business priorities.

You will partner with third-party Communications Service Providers (CSP) to ensure compliance with UKPN Policy, Process, Standards, and Strategy.

You will be responsible for managing the capacity and technical risk of our network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining security protocols and disaster recovery strategies.

You will proactively manage projects and build strong relationships with individuals, businesses and community groups, while also line-managing two enthusiastic team members. Alongside maximising opportunities with our existing supporters, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing new ideas, partnerships and activities.
