You will help manage and develop our corporate tax team and well-established portfolio of OMB/SME and large corporate clients providing a mix of compliance and advisory services. You’ll be part of a collaborative 130 strong multi-discipline tax team who are spread across our nine offices.

You will be part of a supportive and professional environment and the client are flexible as to how you work the hours, you could do 3 full days or 4 or 5 shorter days etc.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be adept at handlingplex legal issues with a high degree of professionalism.

You will have the chance to work closely with the founding partners, as well as their external lawyers, supporting two key specialist teams: Veterinary and Healthcare.

You will handle a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including business transfers, share purchases, partnership agreements, mergers and demergers, small business acquisitions.

You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts.

You will target lawyers at law firms and in house counsel at corporate businesses & should have previous experience of selling into the legal industry.

You will play a crucial role in providing strategic tax advice and support to owner-managed businesses.

You will also have the chance to work alongside our award-winning Corporate Finance team, providing sale and buy-side tax advice and support. With support from out 12 experienced Tax Partners, you will have plenty of prospects to develop your career with us.

You will be responsible for driving volume, distribution and profit through effective account planning and joint business plans for assigned regional customers (typically Independent Wholesalers and on-trade accounts).
