You will be responsible for communication between store/department managers and area managers as well as maintaining high levels of open communication on the counter.

You will be responsible for ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration is completed, and where necessary assisting with area manager administration.

You will be dealing on a day-to-day basis with electrical contractors, contract managers, buyers for OEM and end users and occasionally the public.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively with customers both face to face and over the telephone.

You will be well presented with a proven track record of delivering first class customer service at all times.

You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stockTypical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts

You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
