You will take responsibility for projects as a client facing representative of our business from feasibility, through the cost planning process to procurement, tendering and post-contract delivery.

You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 contractor operating within the water industry.

You will produce accurate and timely estimates for a variety of projects, from one-off schemes to large-scale programmes. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting bids and contracts with robust pricing and risk management

You will support senior quantity surveyors by maintaining detailed records of materials and labor costs, aiding in budget preparation, and tracking site expenditure. The ideal candidate demonstrates numerical proficiency, a keen willingness to learn, and foundational knowledge of construction methods and materials.
