You will create and implement Individualised Support (Pathway) Plans that address the unique challenges faced by asylum-seeking children, including trauma-informed care and integration into the local community.

You will ensure that each child has an active, up-to-date care plan that reflects their unique circumstances.

You will be required to manage and monitor a workload of cases as directed and organise work activities, taking into account the need to prioritise tasks and responsibilities and ensure that statutory and service responsibilities are undertaken within timescales.

You will also be responsible for writing timely reports for young people, including plans, risk assessments and referrals.

You will understand the importance of delivering high-quality assessments to ensure consistent, improved outcomes for children, young people, families, and carers. Your expertise and commitment will help shape a safer, healthier, and happier future for those we support. Skills and Experience

You will oversee the standards and quality of assessment and interventions undertaken by the team, manage practice and risk including overseeing workflow, provide expert advice, deal with any complaints, work closely with other agencies, seek to further improve and develop practice and contribute to the strategic development of the Occupational Therapy role.
