You will often be the first point of contact in our learner’s journey. Your role is to ensure that we have the right person in the right role, on the right apprenticeship.

You will walk the learners through what the next 18 months of the apprenticeship will entail, informing, instructing, and inspiring them about their futures.

You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)

You will be handling high call volumes in a busy office environment, as the first point of contact, you'll handle member queries via inbound and outbound customer service calls, email, and web chat, ensuring every interaction is helpful, accurate, and leaves the customer feeling genuinely cared for.

You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives. responsible for overseeing and managing the budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting processes for specific projects within the organization.

You will be required to work in the office 3 days per week.
