Course Facilitator jobs in Ealing

You will be working in Ealing Early Intervention in Psychosis Service with people experiencing a First Episode of Psychosis, offering individual, family and group interventions, and support to the wider team.

You will be based in the Ealing Early Intervention in Psychosis Service in Hanwell.

You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.

You will need to have a full drivers licence and access to a car.

You will also be required to work in collaboration with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Networks, GP’s, and Acute sector providers to facilitate care pathways that support early discharge and prevent hospital admission.
