You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical CAD drawings in SolidWorks, supporting project delivery against deadlines and budgets, managing client expectations, and ensuring build quality through supplier coordination and site involvement.

You will act as the design lead for the London region, partnering closely with the specification sales team to interpret briefs, develop bespoke carpet solutions, and support projects from initial concept through to completion.

You will play a senior, highly visible leadership role that fuses strategic discipline, audience insight, innovation, and sponsorship measurement. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Set and deliver strategy across brand, creative, sponsorship and campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will plan and execute sales trials, analyse results, and translate insight into a practical sales playbook and recommendations for future processes. You’ll also help to shape and improve the commercial operations underpinning our approach – from data capture and CRM use to sales materials, reporting, and performance monitoring.

You should be Chartered or nearing this status and able to run projects. They work in close collaboration with architects, striving to create the most artistic and in the market.

You will be given excellent support for Chartered status if not already attained.

The position is predominantly field based across Central London, with regular access to an exceptional Clerkenwell showroom space.

You will be responsible for driving specification, protecting margin, and converting projects across hospitality led and design driven commercial developments.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as a visible brand ambassador within the London design community, while working closely with internal colleagues to ensure alignment, delivery, and commercial success.
