You will be responsible for the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across both brands. Responsibilities include: * Planning and sequencing content-led marketing campaigns across email, social and web * Writing clear, compelling copy across email, social, web, and campaign materials * Owning the LinkedIn company pages – shaping posts, threads and commentary to support campaigns.

You will be the first impression, the central coordinator and a trusted extension of the UK sales team. Showroom Management & Experience * Act as a welcoming, enthusiastic host who creates an engaging and memorable experience for all visitors. Manage the day-to-day running of the Clerkenwell showroom to ensure it is always immaculate, inspiring and on brand.

You will plan and execute sales trials, analyse results, and translate insight into a practical sales playbook and recommendations for future processes. You’ll also help to shape and improve the commercial operations underpinning our approach – from data capture and CRM use to sales materials, reporting, and performance monitoring.
