You will drive, develop, and deploy best practices to support our network and customers in delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. Main Responsibilities will include: Lead creative design processes ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery. Manage design specialists across cluster sites against agreed KPIs for lead times, accuracy, and efficiency.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring complex, high-impact audio designs to life, ensuring flawless performance and an immersive experience for guests. This role demands a strong foundation in electroacoustics, speaker design, and audio system calibration, as well as the ability to solve unique technical challenges within the themed entertainment industry.

You must be authorised to work in the UK.
