You will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a selling culture that makes the Radley customer return time and time again,

You will teach Drama through KS3 and KS4 and potentially deliver A‑Level Drama or Theatre Studies at KS5. You will manage Lead Designers, demonstrate emotional intelligence and contribute to a culture of psychological safety to enable your team to flourish.

You will work collaboratively alongside the heads of other departments, take responsibility for design quality across all Radical Forge projects, including setting standards and supporting the department's learning and development.

You will work with colleagues across the Centre to ensure the effective delivery of teaching programmes in line with our teaching, learning and assessment strategy, broader scholarship and aims for outstanding student experience.

You will also contribute directly to student support and to the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices across the UKE Centre.
