You will be required to work 25 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year. This post is fixed term to 31st March 2027. This post may be suitable for attachment. Agreement from your line manager must be sought before applying for this post.

You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

You will always look to maximise local business development opportunities, with key collaborative working partnerships with HSCP's, housing associations and all other MDT's. In additional you will be first point of contact for referrals and oversee tenancy related matters where appropriate.

You will be integral to the delivery of an ENT service to the Dumfries and Galloway region (population 148,000). Out-patient clinics are undertaken at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary (DGRI) and the Galloway Community Hospital (GCH) in Stranraer. Elective surgery is performed at DGRI and some minor elective surgery is performed at GCH.

You will be able to work both independently and as a team member.

You will be educated to Standard Grade Level and have Class C, HGV License, and valid Driver CPC.
