You will be involved in all areas of the launch such as recruiting a dedicated team and building relationships with referrers, through to maintaining efficient service delivery.

You will assume key accountability for the service ensuring it operates at a consistently high level.

You will mentor and support Playworkers, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance to provide high quality care and activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting young people with complex behaviours, high medical needs, including hoisting, administering medication, and PEG feeding.
