You will work closely with media buyers, video editors and growth teams to turn performance insights into high performing creative that drives measurable results at scale.

You will design and lead strategic workshops with senior client stakeholders, uncovering insight and setting the creative direction.

You will partner with clients to implement best-in-class creative processes across paid social and broader digital channels, and you will develop high-performing, platform-native ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google and Snap.

You must have a 360-awareness of what’s happening across your mix of client accounts, ensuring the smooth running of every project, and that all work is moving forward in a timely fashion

You must be a proficient client handler, confident in giving accurate counsel and role modelling strong client relationships, striking that all important balance between firm and friendly

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and provide our community of researchers with support and advice.

You will be confident interacting with your peers and the external scientific community; able to demonstrate critical thinking, and an ability to influence and build productive relationships.
