You will work closely with young people, their families, and multi-agency partners, adopting a holistic, trauma-informed approach to care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored programmes to meet the individual needs of young people. Provide 1:1 support for young people with experiences of trauma, supporting their social, emotional, and behavioural growth to achieve positive outcomes.
