You will work 12‑hour shifts on a four‑days‑on, four‑days‑off, four‑nights‑on pattern and be responsible for shift performance, task prioritisation and maintaining system integrity. The role includes mentoring and training Operators, ensuring high standards of reporting, and supporting decision‑making in the absence of the SaRCC Specialist.

You will work directly with individuals to promote safety, recovery and wellbeing, and where appropriate coordinate support with partner services.

You will work closely with colleagues and a range of statutory and third-sector partners, including justice services, policing, social work, housing, education and specialist support organisations.

You will combine hands‑on, site‑based engagement with hybrid working, spending one day per week at the Edinburgh headquarters while regularly travelling to offices, construction projects, and operational locations nationwide.
