You will support fee earners by managing administrative processes and helping to ensure each client's journey with the firm starts smoothly. This role is designed as a stable, long-term position rather than a career progression role.

You will be organised, approachable and client-focused, with the confidence to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

You will identify and engage with decision-makers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. In addition to scheduling and coordinating the first meeting with prospects, you will attend the meetings and help transition the lead-to-client experience.

You will work directly with distributor Account Managers as your primary buyer and partner—helping them understand value, overcome objections, and close business with their end customers.
