You will play a key role in promoting inclusion and ensuring every learner feels supported and valued. Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach are essential.

You will be paid according to the MPS/UPS scale (£32,916 - £51,047) plus a significant SEN allowance. ASAP Start: We are looking to welcome you to the team immediately.
