You will be responsible for ensuring students benefit from a curriculum that meets their individual needs and supports their aspirations for skills, work and life; one that they participate fully in and prepares them well for further study, employment, or greater independence as adults.

You will be flexible, self-motivated and dedicated to student achievement. A good understanding of practical tasks is required along with a desire to enhance students practical skills and support curriculum staff with their teaching.

You will have at least a level 2 qualification in either Plumbing.

You will need to have proven experience in secondary education.

You will also receive bespoke support from our Heads of Quality of Education and have opportunities to network with our other Curriculum Leads from across the organisation.

You will need to have recognised qualified teacher status (this can be through a variety of routes .
